The warranty period can be 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years depending on the product, services, spare parts, quality and grade that the customer chooses at the time of repair confirmation. Sometimes the warranty is only a "checking warranty" depending on the product, services, spare parts, quality and grade that the customer chooses at the time of repair confirmation. Please make sure you check your device properly and verify when collecting it. Green Valley Computers will not responsible for any claim after the collection of the device in such cases.

2. Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or alterations.
Excluded from warranty are consumable items, accessories, and issues arising from third-party software or peripherals.

3. Initiating a Warranty Claim:

To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer service team within the warranty period.
Provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant documentation requested by our team.

4. Inspection and Repair Process:

Upon receiving your warranty claim, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to determine the cause of the issue.

Our laptop repair services come with a limited warranty covering the specific repair carried out. The warranty period and coverage details are provided upon completion of the repair. Please refer to the warranty terms for accurate information. Sometimes the warranty is only a "checking warranty" depending on the service, quality / grade of the spare parts that the customer is selected.

2. Exclusion of Liability:

Green Valley Computers shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our laptop repair services. This includes but is not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.

3. Pre-existing Conditions:

Our technicians conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations before initiating any repairs. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as liquid damage or issues that may become apparent during the repair process.

4. Data Backup:

While we take every precaution to preserve your data during the repair process, customers are advised to back up their data before submitting their devices for repair. Green Valley Computers is not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair.

5. Third-party Components:

If third-party components or accessories are found in the laptop, their use may impact the repair process and void the warranty. We recommend using authorized components for optimal performance.

6. Client Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the laptop's issues during the consultation. Any miscommunication or omission may affect the diagnosis and repair process. By using our services, you are authorizing Green Valley Computers to do the diagnostics and repair services on your device(s). The customers are requested to check the device properly and verify that the device in good condition when collecting the device (repaired or un-repaired).

Green Valley Computers is not an Authorized Service Provider of any devices, laptops, tablets, phones, any brand or manufacturer. The original manufacturer warranty / coverage including the water proof / water resistance of all devices will be affected with our repairs on all cases.

7. Voiding Warranty:

Unauthorized attempts to repair or modify the device by the client or any third party will void the warranty provided by Green Valley Computers. Also the warranty will be voided under the following circumstances;
If the complaint is not related to the spare parts / service that we provided.
On the devices which already had previous history of liquid damage and we had informed the customer about it.
Any crack, scratch, dent, bend, or any damage happened to the device by mishandling by the customer after the repair.

8. Abandoned Devices:

We will inform the customer about the completion of the device repair as well as in the case the device is not repairable. Devices left unclaimed after the notification from us after an extended period of 60 days may be considered abandoned. Green Valley Computers will not be responsible for any unclaimed device(s) after 60 days of the notification. Green Valley Computers reserves the right to handle such devices as per local regulations.

9. Changes to Disclaimer:

Green Valley Computers reserves the right to modify or update this disclaimer at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
