Please make sure you check your device properly and verify when collecting it. Green Valley Computers will not responsible for any claim after the collection of the device in such cases.

By using our services, you are authorizing Green Valley Computers to do the diagnostics and repair services on your device(s). The customers are requested to check the device properly and verify that the device in good condition when collecting the device (repaired or un-repaired).

Green Valley Computers is not an Authorized Service Provider of any devices, laptops, tablets, phones, any brand or manufacturer. The original manufacturer warranty / coverage including the water proof / water resistance of all devices will be affected with our repairs on all cases.
7. Voiding Warranty:

Unauthorized attempts to repair or modify the device by the client or any third party will void the warranty provided by Green Valley Computers. Also the warranty will be voided under the following circumstances;

If the complaint is not related to the spare parts / service that we provided.

On the devices which already had previous history of liquid damage and we had informed the customer about it.

Any crack, scratch, dent, bend, or any damage happened to the device by mishandling by the customer after the repair.
8. Abandoned Devices:

We will inform the customer about the completion of the device repair as well as in the case the device is not repairable. Devices left unclaimed after the notification from us after an extended period of 60 days may be considered abandoned. Green Valley Computers will not be responsible for any unclaimed device(s) after 60 days of the notification. Green Valley Computers reserves the right to handle such devices as per local regulations.
